Time Change Insructions - Inter-Tel 3000/Encore CX
  1. From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key
  2. Press the Scroll Down key until “System Programming” is displayed
  3. Select “System Programming”
  4. Enter the System Programming Password 1111.
  5. Select “System”.
  6. Select “Time and Date”
  7. Enter the correct time in 24-hour format. The display will prompt for a date.
  8. If you only wish to set the time, select “Confirm” and the display will revert to
    the idle menu.
  9. Enter the date in mm/dd/yy format (e.g., December 10 2002 as 121002).
    When the date has been entered, the display will revert to the idle menu.
  10. Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
